After years of running my business, Serenity Socials, and investing thousands into personal development, coaching and strategy, I realised that my zone of genius wasn’t just managing content, it was mentoring creatives like me through every stage of business growth.

I’ve been in the social media world for as long as I can remember, but my real journey started in 2018 with a little art business*.*
Back then, I was juggling A-levels, creating digital art, and watching people build wildly successful businesses online. I was obsessed, not just with the aesthetic lives these people were living, but with how these brands made people feel. I saw the power of content and connection, and it sparked something in me.
The path to living this new dream of mine wasn’t an easy one though (is it ever?).
I worked my way into a management role after school. One that was stable on paper, but toxic in reality. I knew I was made for more.
I signed up for every training I could find in marketing and social media, launched Serenity Socials in 2022, and walked away from the 9–5 for good. ✌️
But behind the scenes?
I was battling debilitating anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, burnout, and the constant voice in my head whispering “You’re too much... and not enough.”
I spent years masking my struggles just to function… until I realised I didn’t want to build a business that required me to hide who I am.
Today, I run Serenity Socials, a businesses that empowers neurodivergent and anxious service providers to grow unmasked, sustainably and confidently.
I’m not just here to manage your content, I’m here to help you build a brand that feels like home, a business that works with your brain, and a life you don’t want to escape from.

I started working with this client at the start of this year and the growth already has been insane!
Ben came to me with an already successful, multi-award winning business and a lot of ideas for how he wants to share it with the world online.
His goal is more sales (of course, we’re business owners at the end of the day) but also a deeper, more meaningful goal that made him take me onboard.
Ben desires to have more freedom, be more present with his kids and simply just enjoy the benefits of his businesses. He owns 2 businesses, a podcast and a bunch of other awesome stuff and splitting his time across them all is a lot - so, that’s where I come in - to relieve the pressure and release the responsibility of running multiple social media pages as a busy CEO.
We collaborate on strategy and share ideas, I plan the content, he creates it, and I manage everything that comes after - copywriting, posting, keeping track of trends and just general management of the platforms.
We are just a couple of months into working together now and he’s already messaged to say he’s feeling good and is excited for the future.
Oh and his business with 28k followers received 3.8m views in less than 2 months on Facebook alone! An incredible 89.4% increase 🔥 That’s what you can expect with the right systems in place!

One of my clients came to me with a head full of ideas but no idea how to execute them. She knew she needed to push her jewellery brand on social media if she wanted more sales but didn’t know where to start in terms of balancing strategy, planning, creating a high-quality, converting piece all alongside actually working in the business - packing orders, designing new pieces etc.
When I first took over the account there was no consistency as content was just being posted in any spare moment they had, there was no clear strategy or real purpose other than ‘to get sales’ meaning content was being ignored, not resonating with anyone and therefore not resulting in any growth or sales, and the content that was posted was low-quality with no hook, a ChatGPT caption and no focus on engaging their followers.
Within the first 3 months of working together, we put a strong strategy in place, became super aligned with the target audience and ideal customer and stayed consistent with high-quality, purposeful content.
As a result, their organic reach flew to over 100,000! That’s a 81.9% increase and over 100k people seeing their content even though they have 6k followers.
They also received almost 4,000 content interactions meaning their community became more engaged and we more than doubled the amount of link clicks and therefore interest in their brand.
